1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services and products of AwT Labs, an integral part of Animweb Technologies. Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds are limited as described below. Every project begins only after the Client accepts a written quotation.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If the Client cancels in writing before any work has started on the project, the advance payment is refunded after deducting payment-gateway charges and any third-party costs already incurred on the Client’s behalf (such as domain or hosting purchases).
3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
- Once requirement analysis, design or development has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- Payments for milestones that have been completed or delivered are non-refundable.
- If the Client cancels mid-project, charges for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
- Work completed until cancellation remains the property of Animweb Technologies, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Domains, hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, platform subscriptions and other third-party purchases.
- Platform-based (Shopify, GoDaddy, builder) website setups once setup has started.
- Maintenance, AMC and upgrade charges for any period already started.
- SaaS subscription fees for the current billing period.
- Government taxes such as GST, once filed.
5. Our Failure to Deliver
If AwT Labs is unable to deliver an agreed milestone for reasons solely attributable to us, the Client may request a refund of the amount paid for that undelivered milestone. Refunds do not apply to delays caused by the Client, such as late content, approvals or payments.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email animwebtechnologies@gmail.com with your project name, invoice number and reason, or use the Client Support form.
- Requests are reviewed within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
