For websites and applications we build or host, the Client’s database and business data belong to the Client. We access that data only to deliver, secure and maintain the service. Clients may request an export of their data with at least 30 days’ prior written notice, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

- Support requests are retained for as long as needed to resolve them and for reasonable record-keeping thereafter.
- Job applications are retained for up to 12 months for current and future openings, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Client and billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access, secure hosting and strict security headers on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
